Legend has it, there’s only one ukulele in the world that can bring our hula girl to do her song and dance. That ukulele was lost in 1945 off the shores of the big island, and has been sought after ever since. The right song, in the right key of this ukulele is said to hold mystical powers. So, we sent our brewers to search for this lost uke, but six months later they came back empty handed. They did arrive home with one object in hand… a beer recipe inspired by the legend. To this day, the ukulele has yet to be found, but we cheers our mates as we remember the story every year, on the day we tap our legendary Ukulele Citra IPA.
