Tomato Caprese
Fresh mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  Topped with fresh basil chiffonade, Maytag bleu cheese crumbles then drizzled with a fresh balsamic reduction.


Bang Bang Shrimp
Tender jumbo shrimp lightly dusted with flour for a crispy exterior then tossed in a spicy Thai glaze.  Accompanied with a side of Asian greens, a sesame cucumber and tomato relish, and a drizzle of wasabi cream.


Chilled Sesame Shrimp and Cucumber Salad
Chilled black tiger shrimp marinated in a relish of fresh diced cucumber and tomato with a hint of sesame oil and cilantro.  Served over a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, cabbage, snow peas, and shredded carrots tossed in our sesame lime dressing.  Finished with crispy wontons, chopped cilantro, diced red pepper, and a drizzle of wasabi cream.


Crispy Shrimp Salad
Tender jumbo shrimp lightly dusted with flour and lightly fried for a crispy exterior.  Tossed with chopped romaine and mixed greens in honey mustard dressing with snow peas and water chestnuts.  Finished with tomato wedges and julienne scallions.


GC Steakhouse Classic CAB® Sirloin
A 10oz. Certified Angus Beef center-cut top sirloin steak specially seasoned and charbroiled to order.  Served on a bed of crispy onion strings, accompanied with reggiano hash browns and fresh broccoli.
