Dinner Salad

Spring greens, iceberg and romaine lettuce with shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, tomato, hard-boiled egg and cucumber. Served with croutons and your choice of dressing.


Grilled Asian Chicken Salad

Fresh chicken breast marinated in pineapple juice, sherry and soy sauce; charbroiled and sliced thin. Tossed with shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, peapods, sliced cucumber, sweet red pepper, and crispy wonton strips in a fresh lime and sesame dressing. Accompanied with a side of Szechwan peanut sauce.


Crispy Chicken Salad

Tender jumbo shrimp lightly dusted with flour and lightly fried for a crispy exterior.  Tossed with chopped romaine and mixed greens in honey mustard dressing with snow peas and water chestnuts.  Finished with tomato wedges and julienne scallions.




Chilled Sesame Shrimp Salad

Chilled black tiger shrimp marinated in a relish of fresh diced cucumber and tomato with a hint of sesame oil and cilantro.  Served over a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, cabbage, snow peas, and shredded carrots tossed in our sesame lime dressing.  Finished with crispy wontons, chopped cilantro, diced red pepper, and a drizzle of wasabi cream.





Grilled Chicken and Bruschetta Salad

Toasted Caesar bruschetta surrounds a mix of greens and chopped romaine tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with grilled chicken breast, sliced ripe olives, and crumbled bleu cheese. Finished with marinated bruschetta tomatoes, onions and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

Honey Rosemary Tenderloin and Focaccia Salad
A half pound of fresh beef tenderloin marinated in honey, olive oil, soy sauce, chopped garlic and fresh rosemary charbroiled to order. Hand sliced into bite sized pieces then tossed in balsamic dressing with freshly grilled herb focaccia croutons, imported parmesan cheese, marinated balsamic tomato onion relish and creamy bleu cheese crumbles.

We start with a blend of chopped romaine, assorted spring greens, and fresh chopped cilantro tossed in an avocado ranch dressing. Then we add julienne grilled chicken breast, black beans, ripe olives, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, shredded cheddar cheese, and crispy tortilla strips.
