Liz Severance is responsible for overseeing Training/Performance Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, Staff Relations, Risk Management, and Payroll.

Liz has over 15 years of diverse experience within the restaurant industry which includes: Human Resources, Restaurant Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Prior to joining Granite City Food & Brewery in 2004, Liz led the Human Resources Department at E-Brands Restaurants, a multi concept restaurant group that was formally a division of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Prior to her association with E-Brands, Liz worked for Giordano's, Plaza International (Houlihan's & Sizzler) and Mike Ditka's Restaurant Group.

Liz received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2001, from The University of Phoenix. She holds a Director position on the board of the Minnesota Restaurant Association.
