Darius Gilanfar
Chief Operating Officer
Darius Gilanfar was elected Granite City Food & Brewery’s Chief Operating Officer in September 2008, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the company since 2007.
Gilanfar brings over 20 years of restaurant industry experience. Prior to joining Granite City Food & Brewery, he served as President & Chief Operating Officer for Copeland’s of New Orleans. Gilanfar has worked in a leadership role for some of the Restaurant Industries leading premier growth organizations, to include The Cheesecake Factory, Starbuck’s Café Division at Barnes and Noble, Brinker International and Universal Studios City Walk.
Gilanfar is a certified Food Management Professional (FMP) with a Culinary and Hospitality Degree.
