Eric LaClair – Sr. Vice President of Operations

Eric LaClair holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. LaClair has been with Granite City Food & Brewery since 1999 and has served in a variety of leadership roles including Kitchen and General Management, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Granite City Food & Brewery, LaClair was a member of the management team at Champp’s Americana restaurant group.
